to be honest, its not users like Punisher who are the problem, its people who cheat the system by using alts to up vote or down vote. I can only guess if you are using only one alt to upvote your new sites and delete the vote on it later after it has garnered plenty is to counter people who loom around recently created and downvote, giving a much lower chance for new sites to make u&c. I can understand your frustration with that, but it is still cheating the system.
The thing is, there's already a few sites where I've already debated on that months ago, so you'll excuse me for not writing a bunch of comments again, explaining why upvoting alts have little to no impact after a site gets 30 votes and more. And of course you can assume I'm upvoting myself, it's fairly well known and I never tried to hide that fact.
