Actually, the file in this site IS the high bitrate version. It's a VBR that is ~192kbps ... so it jumps up to 320kbps and dips to 160kbps sometimes. The output filesize was only 2.67 MBs so I didn't have to make a lo-res version for ytmnd, which made me happy. It's only roughly 2 minutes long so the 3 MB filesize limit wasn't reached with the high encode rate. Here is a direct link: content.ytmnd.com/content/0/6/1/06136b67170e272eae30f534bc13a671.mp3 ... It's fully taggged, all you have to do is rename it.
i didn't recognize a lot of the voice files - such as the spy's "promise not to bleed on my suit and i'll kill you quickly" and "my suggestion? run." as well as the medic's "i don't think we brought enough bodybags."
i've been through the voice files with GFCscape, and i didn't hear these (and a few others i'm forgetting). where did you get these files?
