Around 7 out of ever 10 black children in america are born out of wedlock. That's the foundation for the problem, the family unit. These movies show how blame is often associated with black males for this... as statistics show black females graduate from highschool at a higher rate, earn more money on average, and ultimately achieve higher education than black males.
Still though- it might help if they closed their legs while they were out doing all that... but the perception is it's the man's fault.
