The seemingly random numbers are in fact code for arabic lettering. Using google and throwing in چريکه you get the arabic lettering. Using Unicode, I've identified several of the phoenetic sounds of this arabic. Essentially the sounds are "Tche reh yeh swash kaf ae" for the entire thing. I could be entirely wrong though and I know absolutely nothing about arabic. Could be complete gibberish and I'm reading too much into it. Ah well, the things one does at 430 AM

Throwing in a little more reasearch, I came across a fuller set of numbers in another of Spazlat's sites. Google has a beta translator of arabic which tranlated the full text into "Applications Ri Ha ی ک Fadaifard", making the partial bit here as "Applications Ri Ha". Again, I could be totally wrong and be making a complete *ss of myself. Not that it wouldnt be the first, nor the last, time it's happened.
