Firefox does it perfectly; the image slows by 1 beep-length after every loop in IE7. Test passed.

On My machine: AMD Athlon 64 2.48ghz (it's overclocked). I used Firefox. It was off by 0.2 sec, but then I refreshed and it was dead on. It's actually a pretty good test, to see the performance of your PC.

On my macheen (A64 2800+, 1G RAM on Ubuntu 7.04 - Firefoxer 2.0.0.4) there's a delay. I'm not quite sure how much exactly but it's around +200-300ms.

Loops great for me. On the 6th loop, and its going strong. Wait, just checked it again. I say gif is... oh so slightly faster than sound, at around the 11 to 13th loop. amd 64 3200 2gzh, and 700ish mb of ram. Firefox for the win.
