But it is not! Earth has a much higher metallicity than "most others nearby" (small but heavy), has a sh*tload of liquid whater on it and has a VERY stable environment over billions of years (except for a few metheors) ... Most of there planets are fat gas giants and are FAR from a peaceful environment.
