With a budget of 1.8 trillion in 2000 and 1/3rd of all federal revenue coming from income tax, we could eliminate income tax and return to 2000 budget and be balanced. The waste in government is astonishing.

Well Ron Paul disagrees with Lincoln and civil war. It wasn't about slavery it was about the Federal government overruling states rights. But yes, looking at party lines and identity politics is no way to vote.
