I know what you were going for, but ideally he'd hold his mouth open longer for a facemelter. Try leaving the first bit of the animation the same (when he moves into the light) and then running the frames when he's fully lit back and forth a little bit, to make it look like he's holding the note. Trust me, nobody cares if your facemelter syncs. :)
