Cool, I just discovered this, I am so going to be part of this. 3 is min and 5 is max, eh? is there any favoritism toward the users who submit the max amount? do you imagine a user with 3 great ytmnds can beat a user with 5 average ones? do you just take the average of the judge votes for each user?
