I've just seen waaaayy too many crazy hispanic people in my day. Also blacks. It's just that it's blatantly obvious when a black man is crazy, but hispanics and whites can hide it behind a charming personality. First they give you blowjobs on a daily basis, then you become friends, and then BAM your money is missing. It's a vicious cycle.
