I think he means the gif should be animating, like different scenes of violence or something, as apposed to stop motion animation.

Yeah there definately needs to be more than just one scene and one location, try using a deathmatch level or something. Also, the gun is going through the hand, did you make it non collide? Otherwise the poses are good, and you should turn the rest of your graphic details as high as possible in Gmod to make pics look better.
