Seriously, it's not hard to make a sound that works on both. And your own opinion notwithstanding, some people actually prefer IE. 1'd.

Doesn't work with IE. One shouldn't have to download a whole program just to hear sound in a YTMND. However, page source and WMP ftw.

No, I'm just refusing to download FireFox just to hear a 5 second clip of sound. Copying from the page source and playing in WMP works just fine.

Actually it's funny to me because so many people are fighting for IE on YTMND. IE is not fully CSS 2.0 compliant, which is sad considering that as far as I know Firefox, Safari, Camino, Opera, and Maxthon all are. But that means it can only display older style tags, and not fixed positioning tags like those used to display some parts of the YTMND Profile page. IE simply can't display the host site correctly, so I don't see the problem if it can't display user-submitted parts of it.

firefox > IE

Quicktime is better than RealPlayer and as good or better than Windows Media Player (especially if iTunes is taken into consideration). Of course these aren't as nice as after-market players like Winamp or dbPowerAmp but do any of those make browser plugins anyway??
