As far as I can tell, the point of YTMND-Spy is to incite a series of counter-productive revenge downvotings whenever someone identifies a sh*tty site as a sh*tty site, even if they don't comment on the sh*tty site for whatever reason. I think it's ripe for abuse, and after checking it out out of curiosity, I'll never open it again. Once more people figure out it's there and what it is good for, it's going to get even uglier than usual around here.
