   Downvoters are needed more these days tho. WAY too many sh*tty sites making it to the top. You need downvoters to weigh down the votes of the idiots and the nubs that don't realize that it is a overplayed fad. But I digress, My vote is merely to attempt to get it to a ballanced 3 which is what I believe it deserves.  
    
   
   Sure, in an ideal world.  Most of the 5's I give out are either for sites that deserve high ratings, sites that suffer from unreasonable downvoters, and sites thatI think deserve a chance in up and coming so that they may be judged by a wider audience.  I'll point out that you aren't following those rules either.
