Tight, I use wavepad too. It's like the gimp of audio editing softwear.

Wouldn't it be funny if this made top 5 and stayed for a prolonged period of time?

Hey Sitsu, great idea :) Very kind of you. NEED MORE YTMND'ers such as yourself.
January 28th, 2006
(0)
Where can I get Wavepad? (url plz?)
January 28th, 2006
(0)
I like this idea. I get tired of the same loops, too. That's why I do things like Lonestar's "Walking in Memphis" and the Alice Cooper song I used on my secret Nazi site, even though people prefer the originals.
January 28th, 2006
(0)
I've made so many loops that I'll never use... it's like a freaking hobby or something. Can I send you some to use on this site?

Sign me up holmes! Also, I used to watch that show when I was little. My dad used to tell me "Don't watch that show, it's about a couple of bone smokers". I didn't get it until i was older.

Sitsu, I have an idea to consider; Why won't a few of us get together and share an account called "YTMNDloops" or something, and introduce new loops under that username. That way we can archive them without littering your page.

that'd be alt.accounting... NOW... if we were to start an MP3 BLOG on blogger.com just providing loops, that'd be an idea... anyone up for that?
January 31st, 2006
(0)
Yes
January 31st, 2006
(0)
Do you really think max would care if we alt accounted something like that though? Maybe I'll e-mail him and ask.
January 31st, 2006
(0)
naw man, dont bother asking max. if you ask him anything ask if we make a 'loops' blog he might link to it once in a news update...

MasterSitsu, can you (or anyone) recommend a good (and free) program for making a GIF? I have Active GIF Creator, but it puts a watermark on the image if it isn't registered. Great idea, by the way. I've been using Wavepad for a while now!

At the risk of sounding repetitive (or like a Firefox fan--UGH), Audacity is easier to get into (and far more open-source) than Wavepad in my experience. It also has more features that I don't have to pay for. Also loop sounds like it was cut off a bit at the beginning...but whatever. I'll redo it or something.

Thanks a million for the tip about WavePad. I've been hurting awhile for some kind of sound editing software. Now I just gotta learn to use it, and I'm set. Happy New Year!
