It's the part at the end where Han Solo shoots the TIE fighters, causing Vader's TIE to spin out of control.

I use Sonic Cineplayer to watch DVDs on my computer. There's a screen capture feature that lets you save individual frames as jpgs. So I just made an animated .gif out of about 20 screen caps from that three seconds of the movie.
