More data (or fax?) over shortwave, 12750.70 kHz

Some more weirdo shortwave fax or digital data transmissions. Don't know what it is, just that it went from lower sideband to upper sideband, gave a polytone burst, transmitter stopped, then another polytone, and it went back to the data or fax
