Willard Young testing his equipment around 9:36-9:38pm after the WARFA net ended. The jamming heard is part of a collage ex-W6WBJ William Crowell would run over the entire ham radio net from 8-9pm though they would often run late due to his interference. Date was 11-10-19 (a Sunday). Recorded off KFS WebSDR. This was before the FCC finally stripped Cowell of his license. warfa.org
