I can't even find out who the two are but it comes from S1E2 of "Best of the Worse" in the UK so maybe some British folks or something will find out.
Saw this image which was "whited" over and just decided to mash that and this song together. In my head I saw these 2 gentlemen just chilling to this beat in particular as I thought it fit the sort of imagery I was going for.
