Verizon's staff on the whole are MORONS. I went through hell trying to get the bluetooth connectivity on my phone activated, because their sh*tty interface blocks a ton of features on the phone. ANYWAY, that's neither here nor there, but Verizon employees are, on the whole, MORONS.
