I was tempted to give this a 2, but the music was excellent enough to bump that up to a 3, and then I looked at the other garbage thats been added recently. So, a 4 it is.

I really like the addition of "hall of fame" votes, with extreme limitations. Personally, I would make them available once a month to members who have proven they deserve it. Either by distinguishing themselves as a cut above the rest, or by being here for some significant amount of time and making at least X number of sites that are rated above 2.5 or 3.
You'll probably never see this Max, but I just want to say that as somebody who has watched and studied the internet for many years now, I can really appreciate what you're saying--and I agree. I've been a part of dozens, maybe hundreds of communities over the years, and smaller communities are definitely the way to go. When I make a YTMND, I usually set it up on my own server as well, and post it on a few smaller forums that I'm a part of. The difference between the two experiences is...very significant?
