Yes, it does. Its so that sensors on the plane itself can track where the eyes are pointed, to improve system performance.

1) Make xvid file using DVD disc as source. 2) Make xvid file using HDDVD as source. Regardless of final compressed quality levels, take your choice... Having a better source is always better.

Matlab is a scripting language used by Engineering and Mathematicians to develop numerical methods and to do tasks like digital signal processing, image processing, etc. It is often used to develop systems, and then once proven to work, they are efficiently rewritten in C or assembly. Matlab has great datatypes and support for this purpose, and is very well optimized for general purpose use.
