If they were going to name it 360, it should have been black. Having it white, which is the opposite of black implies a 180. Also 360 implies that you have ended up the same as you were before.

It is also not real usful to know the aproximate numerical value of it as when you have Pi in a calculation, you often leave the result in terms of Pi. Usually your Pi term will disappear before you find exactly what you are looking for.
