This made me laugh quite a bit. It was like "Haha! ... Hahahahah!" It was one of those laughs where you first laugh for like three "ha's", then you let out about 6 or 7 more after it sinks in. I dig this.
For some reason... it just sounds terrible without the typing. I think I get what you're trying to do, but in my opinion the sound is hurt by removing the beloved key-punching.
