"harms no one else" is a subjective phrase dear-heart. That is EXACTLY why laws are in place...laws which were at one point referenced out of the Bible, but are clearly NOT a point of reference now. Do you honestly think an unborn child would choose to slaughter itself given the choice? Of course not...but because they have not the ability to speak for themselves...they becomes the losers of an unfair battle for rights.
