Who's to say X_X won't also generate something positive in the future for YTMND? Even if a TV show or blog mentions the X_X animation in passing it will generate a lot of interest. I actually don't disagree with your opinion syncan, but I do recognize that a lot of stuff that is good to me gets terrible ratings so you just sort of live with what the majority wants and carve out your own views. Besides, how many users are even going to put anywhere near 5% of the effort that the X_X took?
Why do you guys even give a damn when you use popup blockers anyway? I've never seen people freak out so much about ads. Do you run around screaming when there are ads shown on TV?
You made very good points dascoot and I applaud the effort/message but it will fall on deaf ears. The fact is, teenagers generally lack development in the area of the brain that deals with empathy. This is why it's natural for many kids to inflict pain on animals -- their brains have about as much development as a psychopath. Some people develop better than others, and some never develop properly (see: adults who "act like kids").

Glorifying? NOBODY is walking around saying "OMG there's a homosexual! Isn't that awesome? I wish I was gay!" "Man, it's so cool that he's gay!". Secondly, you're obviously refering to the Cameron study on the life expectancy of gays. That study unfortunately uses convenience sampling (because gays aren't exactly always forthcoming) and can't be used to generalize the population like it tries to do.
Homosexuality does not cause death. Don't be rediculous. It would be more akin to embracing members of society who are infertile, not suicidal members. I guess we should start treating infertile people like sh*t too so that we can filter them out of society? Or how about those who choose not to have any offspring and choose instead to pursue a career that benefits society as a whole?

I knew someone who did this once to a store who sold a bag of chips for 0.99 cents each and bought like 10 bags. They gave it to him for that price but banned him from the store after lol.
The thing that gets me wondering is the 10/10 Tilt score with the 8/10 gameplay score. Isn't gameplay like the MOST IMPORTANT factor in deciding the tilt? Let's face it, the Gamespot guys were going to give it even lower marks but decided they would look like dumbasses if they did so they gave a 10/10 tilt.
