Typical, the only reply I get is from someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. You answered everyone elses minor queries max, now how about resolving an issue that's affecting many users including myself?

Actually any of the supermods can do it, as they have access to user's email addresses. Then all they need to do is reset the password on the reset page. Surely if max wanted someone to "take the hint" he's just ban them rather than reset their password?
