This is the official action figure line from Inspector Gadget, designed by the show's animators. They even had his face covered in the packaging so you couldn't see it until you baught it. :)

But it isn't the original formula! They started using corn syrup instead of sugar with 'Classic Coke', it isn't classic at all.
