This would work, but IMDb doesn't update that list constantly, so before they did, fans of The Godfather, Pulp Fiction, The Shawshank Redemption etc would do what you're doing, except it would be pretty easy for them to get 9.5 or 9.6 out of 10. Also, Finding Forester is a bit crap.
