I sincerely apologize if my this image is not 100% literal and politically correct.
This is not meant to be literal, however for those of you that insist it has to be 100% literal, visit this like, as it will list some similarities between the two.

Thats not the point of the image. The slogan "same sh*t different *ssh*le" with Hitler and bush is VERY popular, all over the internet. The point of this image is to say that McCain is the same as Bush, who is compared to Hitler in plenty of protest signs and flyers. You are over analyzing the image. Things like this need to be "attention grabbing" and extreme/shocking. Thats the point.
