For those who seem to be missing it: By the end of Die Hard, Bruce Willis is pretty much hamburger. He's been shot, beaten up, thrown off things, thrown *down* things, crawled through things, choked, had his foot sliced, had his lungs crushed by a fire hose, and various other horrific transgressions against the human anatomy.
