Two weeks ago I ran for the first time in my life. I made it a full mile though I also sat there coughing the same amount of time... A week ago I ran 1.5 miles & walked another 2.5 without ever fully losing my breath. Today I ran 2 miles (3rd time in my life mind you) & wasn't winded at all.
