Dude what? Thats a f*ckin MRI SCAN... You cannot slice human flesh that thin and then take a picture of it, that makes no sense!! Also thats way too hollow... They do it on corpses cuz it can be harmful to some of your organs (high magnetism).

His corpse was cut into 4 smaller pieces, then those pieces were each cut razor thin and photographed... don't believe it, watch the documentary on HBO On Demand "The Virtual Corpse". It *shows* it being done, so I don't think you can dispute that fact.
