Could anyone elaborate on how, exactly, this is child porn? I suppose everyone's parents are pedophiles for keeping one or two pictures of their kids as naked babies? She looks like she got into it by accident and her mom probably got mad, but her dad thought it might make a funny story so he took a picture. Who is to say whether it is child pornography or not? It's common sence to question the fact: What person in their right mind would wrap a tampon around a child's dick and take a picture of it? Okay, no one has commented on this in awhile, but I figure I'd add my 2 cents... technically this DOES count as Child Pornography. A 15 year-old girl took a picture of herself in a sexual suggestive pose (but no nudity) and posted it on her own website, and she was arrested for spreading Child Pornography (true story on Fark). This is much younger, shows much more nudity, this would defenitely get them in HUGE trouble.
