like calicocool said, this is actually by Libera, not the Vienna Boy's Choir, its called Locus Iste. i didn't find out about it until 5 seconds ago because i got the full version of the song thinking it was exactly what you listed it. Then i googled the lyrics i could understand it just showed up as Libera - Locus Iste. That was a gooood choice
The NEDM shirt looks fine, I'd want a representation, not a copy (plus the happycat image is trademarked anyway, meaning potential legal trouble if turned into a shirt you sold for profit)
