But, I would however add disclaimers along the lines of "The ideas, images, etc. expressed on this websige do not represent the position blah blah blah of YTMND... etc. etc. etc..)
Additionally, maybe a "terms of use" or something before seeing the home page that the user must agree to forfeit all rights.. blah blah blah... something along those lines...
just a thought...
