For a guy who's usually pretty on top of motion tracking, masking, etc stuff, that was surprisingly shaky.

That imperfection didn't bother me. I was just happy the text was readable. Also I reduced the frame-rate a bunch, which made it worse.

If it's important to you, I could improve it.

The challenge being that the camera is slowly zooming in and panning around him a little, while his hand is also unsteadily rolling, pitching and yawing - but my still image overlay is only moving in X and Y with some scaling.

Had I done this in 3D it would have been better - but I didn't think it wasn't worth the time.

You have phenomenal visual skills, but you suck at audio. Sorry.

Syncing the audio is easy. When you're creating the site, upload your image and click the [info] link and note the length of your gif. The image for this site is 3.120 seconds long. Now open your audio editor and make your loop that exact length by trimming the extra time from the end. Save as a wav file, as mp3 adds silence to the beginning and end of audio files. Upload your wav and yo shit is tight.

I know and I did that - but I find today's ytmnd does not always play .wav's correctly. It either slows them down or distorts them or does not play them at all.

I use mp3's despite the spacer because at least they always play for me.

Do you have additional information on exactly what .wav spec? 44.1 kHz 16 bit stereo does not always play on all my browsers reliably.

Sometimes to get around the mp3 spacer issue, I will just loop the sound several times in one mp3. This time I didn't
