I actually agree - the site's aesthetics are nice but the ordering of the elements is a little off... they don't reflect certain realities... which is to say the contest should change monthly, but in reality it gets changed biannually, so why emphasis [i]that[/i] if it's not going to be kept up. I don't know what the usage statistics are, but I think less people are voting on up and coming since it's not as visible.
