It was nights like these that Mike wished he took a more proactive approach in his social life. The only light in the room beamed from the small laptop next to the bed. It dimly lit the small confines to which Mike secluded himself. Safe and alone. Safe, but alone. His thoughts drifted again to a girl. Whether the girl was real or a fabrication of Mike's fantasies was something he never figured out. It always began with a human connection, and slid sideways towards a realm of euphoric imagination. Mike picked up his phone and tried to decide. Was the euphoria in his mind make-believe? Or could it really be true? To be dumb enough to try to find out, and leave this safe place, only to find out that love was not there. It couldn't be worth it. Or could it? Mike couldn't decide. So he went on YTMND and made a site.
