It appears that there are two water lines doesn't it? how did I achieve this effect? Its not what you think. Its not water and oil. and there's not a invisible film or anything separating the water. It is a camera trick. Do you know how I did it?

Oh my... maybe it's the reflection of the table, that's a pretty nice illusion btw...

filled the glass half way took a photograph then put more water into it and took the photograph again on the same frame as the first photograph. or the short version is its double exposed.

lol sorta. 15 second exposure with flash and glass half filled. After the flash I poured in the rest of the water at about the 3 second mark. and the remaining exposure made the second line appear
