Noise sites rock - it's okay if you don't like them but downvoting all of someone's sites based on just 1 type of site they make is retarded. What if I didn't like your first site PaintRules.ytmnd.com and then automatically downvoted every site you made after that without even watching them? I vote based on what I like. I will admit that some of my sites are made with no other purpose than to annoy people or mock other sites/users, but most of them are genuine attempts at humor. Lots of people like them as well.

He has fived my sites. Hundreds or even thousands of different people have fived my sites. It's hilarious really, since everything you say I simply prove you wrong, then you try saying something else. Really, just give up while you're ahead.
