based on true events: after contemplating how fun pavement by stereo would be to sing in the rhythm game Rock Band, abom decides that fake singing is just like real singing and records his rendition of it. within listening to the first minute, abom realizes that his voice is disgustingly atrocious for singing, even when compared to the controversial, technically unimpressive stephen malkmus. abom gets shot and is killed.
