hum no it aint. It's from FFVII alright. Right when you go into the Gold Saucer and you get that date with either Tifa, Aeris, Yuffie or Barret.

The description states why the picture and sound do not match, and yes, you are right about that 4-5 month thing. I admit, to my trained ear it sounds almost unbearable at some points.

I couldn't find an image of where the song takes place, as it takes place in a venue in the Gold saucer. People love the Aeris/Sepiroth stab scene too much, and One Winged Angel thing too, and Airship.

In FF7, when you go on the date at the Gold Saucer, this is the music that plays during the play that Cloud and Aeris participates in. Chuck Norris is always a suitable replacement, but remember, never try to replace Chuck Norris.

i use to play clarinet too, i couldnt play high notes very well either, so i switched to bass clarinet, for not playin in 4-5 months, damn

You remixed a song. Submit this to a site like ocremix, not ytmnd. Nice completely unrelated image; the very least you could have done was put a photograph of yourself playing. Also, you're nothing special, kid; from what I can hear, this song is relatively easy to play.

All I heard is "Bla bla bla bla" and "bla" Yes, it is easy to play, which is why I chose to play it after a long break from playing the Clarinet. You can't go into the advanced stuff right away. I'm 19, far from being a "kid" as you are, sir/madam.
