All right, see, the dude in front is Dalton, a character from Chrono Trigger who lives in the kingdom of Zeal. The little blue guy is the overworld sprite of Matthew from Fire Emblem, and the guy in the back is "Master Barf" from Earthbound (which I haven't played, but found it after googling "barf sprites".) Three guesses who each of them represents, and the first two don't count.
