There were some parts of the movie I enjoyed, pretty much the fight sequences and stuff. A lot of the story though seemed really sloppy in my opinion, and overall could have been better. I'll give Michael Bay credit for making some epic battles, which is his strong points as far as directing movies. But I'll have to go with the critics as far as their criticism goes.
Actually I went into this movie knowing there'd be a sh*t story, after reading all the reviews in the newspapers during work. I will say that the movie was better than what a lot of the critics said it was, but I do agree with a lot that was said about the movie. What probably would have made the movie better is more seriousness (too much campy comedy) and a Megan Fox shower scene.
