Did you watch this episode and then sit there EXERTING EFFORT and then all of a sudden this idea came to you? Or did you want this idea to come to you and then you EXERTED EFFORT and it came to you? Or, since it is a one-dimensional, rather weak joke, did it just come to you? I'm thinking... the last option.
I was in the shower, and I was like hey how can I make a site about the new feature, and then I was like, I have an idea, maybe I should use that episode of the simpsons that deals with gained popularity through artificial means, and instead of " having a pool", I turned it into " being a featured pink users". I suppose if I had exerted an extraordinary amount of effort I would have come up with a better idea, but then I may not have had the resources for it. I just was making a quick joke, nothing more.
