Wikinews Hotline
If you don't get it, the WEBSITE, which is on the INTERNET, which can only be accessed with a COMPUTER, is recommending a Wikinews Hotline for people who don't have computers. How can one read the message if they don't have a computer in the first place?

"No, that's IF YOU HAVE A TIP ABOUT A STORY." That doesn't matter. If you don't have a computer then how are you supposed to even know that a Wikinews Hotline exists?
