For what it's worth, Brian Peppers was not a "friggin' rapist." That kind of crime isn't mentioned anywhere in his record.
We know absolutely nothing about him aside from the fact that he was forced onto the sex offenders list for his area, and it somehow involved a minor. For all we know, that could mean he got drunk and passed out naked where a group of high school kids could see.
