incidentally, the force has nothing to do with the lift's malfunction, in this case it was human error. The head shaft engineer and his task force failed to re-program the circuit panel hence the glitch in the operating system. Let's just say that shortly after this mishap a new head shaft engineer was appointed due to the untimely demise of the late head shaft engineer.
