your frames are set to 0.07 delay. Put them to 0.08 and it should sync up fine in both IE and Firefox.

Nevermind, just noticed other frames are 0.14 so I guess putting the other frames to 0.08 won't make it sync in both IE and Firefox. Maybe just cut some frames and put the delays to 0.1 for each one?
